The Intercontinental, London Park Lane at the very heart of Mayfair and Park Lane was a superb venue for this the first Saudi Gulf Luxury Trade Fair. The Hotel has recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment.
Kashket & Partners, the company that manufactures and supplies the London Military Ceremonial Requirement (that includes tailor to the Household Cavalry, the five regiments of Foot Guards and the Royal Horse Artillery) were very prominent as one of the leading bespoke and made to measure tailors present. Specialist staff on the Kashket stand were delighted to show the several hundred visitors who came to the fair over the two days, the services available from their Stafford Street shop in Mayfair and from their North London workshop.
Peter Rockhill, manager of Kashket bespoke services, was on hand to show some of the finest of cloth and to advise on all aspects of tailoring for the discerning client.
Other experts were available to discuss top quality uniform accessories from Firmin & Sons together with fine gold and gem-set cufflinks from Deakin & Francis.
Many visitors were drawn to the interesting stand with the range of products from Kashket & Partners, Firmin & Sons and Patey Hats (the three Royal Warrant Holding companies of the Kashket Group) after seeing the magnificent “Gold State Coat” on display in the hotel reception. They were most impressed to see the two Household Cavalry Troopers on the stand, demonstrating the full dress uniforms and accoutrements including cuirasses and helmets worn for The Queen’s Life Guard and other ceremonial public duties.
The attention to detail and fine finish necessary to meet the exacting standards of the military are used by Kashket to meet the highest standards expected by customers when ordering their Kashket London made suits. |
