Every year the United Kingdom tells its story to the world through a series of Military parades and displays. Trooping the Colour, State Opening of Parliament and Remembrance Sunday are just three events from many that qualify among the most prestigious, well organised and impressive military spectacles in the world. This story tells of our nation’s history, traditions and past global influence and it sets a standard for the image the Country wishes to portray for the future. The Kashket Group are very proud to be part this story and proud of a relationship that extends back over 330 years.
Structured Uniform occupies the top of the quality spectrum in terms of how an organisation expresses their corporate image. The Kashket Group have been designing and manufacturing top of the range structured uniform and accessories for Military, Public Service and Corporate clients in a global market since 1677. We have retained all of the skills necessary to deliver uniform programs of this nature in our UK factories specialising in a full range of top to toe products. We still employ tailors, cutters, hatters, electroplate engineers, armourers, diesinkers, toolmakers and many more craftsmen and women among our 350 UK based employees.
Our attention to detail, manufacturing ability and design/development capability enable us to offer an unrivalled service. We have been the exclusive supplier of Ceremonial Uniform to the UK Household Division for many years, something that has enabled us to retain a quality standard that others abandoned long ago. In recent years we have won and delivered; design and development contracts for Ceremonial Uniform to Royal Honour Guards around the world. Indeed we are entering time in history where we have no realistic competitors to our ability in the structured uniform market.
Our Design and Development capability is drawn heavily into the structured uniform offer. We understand governments and corporations that wish to express cultural and traditional icons of heritage through their uniform choices. Through a detailed engineering process we define our customers’ needs and create a solution that achieves the result they seek. We draw expertise and resource from other parts of our Group of Companies to ensure that we cover all domains that apply to our customers’ needs. For example we offer advice on whole life management and integrated logistic support issues so that the customer can make decisions which will ensure continuity of supply through existing or newly constructed channels.
